| The following ordinances are enforceable within the incorporated limits of the Town of Stonewall and apply to anyone residing in, visiting, or traversing the town. | ||

| Curfew | It is unlawful for any minor under the age of sixteen (16) to remain, wander, stroll, or play in any public place on foot or in a vehicle without a set destination without the minor's parent or guardian Monday through Friday between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am; Saturday and Sunday 12:00 am to 5:00 am | $40 plus costs |
| Animals | It is unlawful for the owner/possessor to allow an animal to be at large at any time within the incorporated limits of the town. |
$30 plus costs (each animal) |
| Firearms | It is unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm within the incorporated limits of the town. |
